ONLINE PAYMENT OF BILLS

Now let's have a look at the mode of payment of various bills such as Landline/Post-paid Mobile bills, KSEB Bills, LIC Premiums etc.

Here is the method of paying BSNL Landline bills.

Enter the site : http://www.bsnl.co.in/ and go to Landline/ Broadband Bills under Pay My Bills .   ; (Fig-B1)

                      Fill in the details required under INDIVIDUAL/ FTTH BILLS.

                        Under Phone no. give the umber of which you are making            the   payment

                       Under Contact no. give the mobile number in your hand. (You will receive an OTP -One Time Password- , which is to be entered to complete the process.)

Then SUBMIT. (fig-B2)

Now you will see a page which contains the Bill amount, Invoice No. and Invoice Date etc. Click on Pay Now. (fig-B3)

 Select from INTERNET BANKING, CREDIT CARD. DEBIT CARD, CASH CARD. If you opt for INTERNET BANKING you can select your bank from the TABS or from the dropdown list.(fig-B4)

 Otherwise select DEBIT CARD.
 In case DEBIT CARD select your card from those given. The amount you opted will be shown above.
 As a second step (STEP 2) you have to select the Payment Gateway from that given below. Select any one. (fig.B5)

 The next step requires Card number, Card Holder name, Expiry date ( MM,YYYY) and the CVV number.( The 3 digit number found on the back of y our card. Be in the guard NOT to DISCLOSE the CVV to anyone-under any circumstances- as it is the master key to your transactions) Then click on PAY NOW button.(fig.B6)

 Payment request will be processed. Please do not press any key or any tab in this moment.(fig.B7)

 This is the crucial step. Now you have to type in the One Time Password (OTP) received through the mobile phone(that you entered in the beginning.) This also should be kept confidential. Do not disclose it to anyone or send through mail, message or over phone- at least till your present transaction ends successfully. (fig.B8)

 A security warning will appear. Click Continue.(fig-B9)

 Success! Your payment of Rs.*** is successful will be the next message on the screen and over the phone.
 Now you can see the receipt details. You can save or print it. (fig-B10)

In the same way you can pay KSEB Bills, LIC Premium etc through online.
